The person we are looking for as Casual Accounts Payable Assistant has….
- · Process high volumes of supplier invoices, ensuring compliance with purchase order approval procedures.
- · Manage invoice matching, supplier setup, and electronic invoicing accuracy within IndiCater.
- · Handle intercompany recharges, staff expense claims, and company credit card transactions.
- · Respond to supplier enquiries and perform supplier statement reconciliations.
- · Assist with payment runs and maintain accurate purchase ledger records.
- · Ensure adherence to internal financial controls and accounting procedures.
- · Prepare financial reports and provide general support to the wider finance team.

Once you have registered your interest, we will contact you in advance to offer you department based shifts at racedays or hospitality functions. There are usually a range of shifts available and opportunities for work are based on busy seasons and the annual racing calendar. Positions will be allocated on the day as part of the briefing.
