This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic venue that hosts a variety of events throughout the year.
Please note for this role that you must be able to work Fridays and Weekends, and previous supervising experience is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service at all times in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner
- Advise guests on food and beverage options and ensure a warm, welcoming atmosphere
- Be proficient in your work and supervise the hospitality team to ensure the highest standards are being met.
- Prepare and serve food and drinks, including wine and beverages from the bar
- Lay tables and prepare areas for meals, refreshments, and events
- Maintain stock levels, rotate stock, and assist with stocktaking
- Handle payments and operate tills in line with company procedures
- Keep work and public areas clean, tidy, and safe, adhering to health and safety standards
- Accurately complete paperwork such as temperature logs and wastage records
- Follow all company and licensing policies and procedures
- Act as an information point for guests and provide assistance when needed

- Previous supervising experience essential

- A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn
- Adaptability and flexibility to work varied shifts (including Friday's and Weekends)
